Date: 2007-08-10 10:38 am (UTC)I've never written a proper book review before (out of sheer laziness, really!), but I figured that this would be a lovely opportunity for me to do something new. Thanks for the heads up! :D
I've been allocated M/F. I've not heard of the book, but that doesn't mean anything since I'm rather deprived, as far as literature goes. But I *have* heard of Anthony Burgess, so all is not lost. :P And Penguin's summary of the book is rather awesome, so I'm really quite excited about it.
Looking forward to your review of The Later Roman Empire AD 354-378!
