There's no point in banning the manga fans; it will only delay the inevitable. We'd still have the pro-slashers versus the anti-slashers, the real person ficwriters versus the "RPF is evil!" ficwriters, Hobbit fans versus Elf fans, LOTR fans versus Silm fans, the many different and mutually antagonistic Harry Potter shippers, Star Trek versus Star Wars, the never-to-be-ended Kirk versus Picard battle...
