Sorry, never liked her. Wasn't all that keen on the dog, though I didn't actively dislike it, and its existence is wholly justified by appearances in Queer as Folk.

Sarah Jane's presence will make Mr A. a happy man, and for that alone I am glad. I loved K9 as a kiddy.

I never liked Sarah-Jane either, though when many years later I saw some of the stories she had been in I found her far less annoying than I had remembered. I wasn't very keen on K9 either.

I have a feeling she may have been the TV character responsible for turning me into a "women's libber" in the 70s (before I turned 10).

She was supposed to be a strong-minded, feisty, career woman, but she seemed to spend most of her time either screaming or asking silly questions. Maybe she came across better if one was under ten. :)

I remember her as always ready to answer the Doctor back. Memory can be selective like that!
