Do you happen to know if there are any fanfiction panels? I think that's what I'd most like to contribute to, or else perhaps run a fanfic writing workshop.
If only it was next year! It's a major international trip for me, and I am holding off on international travel this year to help my budget recover from two international trips last year.
Alas, there is that pesky ocean between me and the event - plus, a trip to the UK is just not doable within the next decade or so again. :(
I was considering looking out something similar in my corner of the world, but I realized that I don't truly want to discuss Tolkien and his Ardaverse in Hungarian. Even though I first discovered his work in translation (and an excellent one, mind you), it would be just too weird, after more than a decade in English-written fanfiction. Yes, I'm strange. I know.
