Isn't it just wonderful? Since I recently re-read ACC (when I was travelling through England, in May), lots of it is still pretty fresh in my mind, and it's such fun to mull over the echoes of P&P and discover those I didn't previously pick up upon.
Heyer is marvellous. I had a post about reading suggestions somewhere, but I can't find it now, gah. Never mind, I'm sure that LJ friends can be activated again to make new suggestions!
They look great! Now I'm all set up with holiday reading. I'm romping through "A Civil Contract" at the moment. Her character interaction is absolutely fabulous!
