Forbidden Planet signing

A reminder for anyone in central London this weekend: I'll be signing copies of The King's Dragon at Forbidden Planet on Shaftesbury Avenue, 1-2pm, with Gary Russell (author of The Glamour Chase) and Oli Smith (author of Nuclear Time. Presumably they'll be signing their books rather than mine.

I got my copy yesterday! However, I may save it for vacation in August. We'll see if I hold out that long. Thanks so much for the Book Depository recommendation - it was awesome!

Hope you enjoy it when you read it! And I'm glad the Book Depository worked out well, I buy a lot of books from them. They put OOP books back into print as well.

I wish I could just hop on a plane for a nice mini-break in London and get you to sign my copy, but I suspect my bosses wouldn't approve of me taking off the entire week. Anyway, I hope you'll have a good time at FP -- I, for one, thought your book was a fun romp to read.

I'm really glad you enjoyed it! :-D And, yes, a quick trip to London would have been lovely. The day went well: we had a nice queue, and then a steady stream of people passing by until the hour was up.
