(Meanwhile, have finished Pynchon for now, and am about a third of the way through Gallia. My mother's being in hospital is quite helpful for reading, though I really ought to move on to proofs soon.)
I think there are in fact three versions of Subterfuge: that's the limited edition h/b, with a few extra stories, and there's also a not-ltd edn which has the same contents as the p/b. The big anthology on the right contains a reprint of the story that's in Foundation.
