Thanks! I'm pleased with how that one's come out. There's a great bunch of them up high in the tree, but it's difficult to get the light and the zoom right. I'll try again tomorrow.

I like the muted colours in the first one - it reminds me of crystallized flowers and leaves. And the shapes in the second one are very satsifying to look at.
I was thinking yesterday that we seem to be entering autumn (and without having had summer, which seems less than fair). The purple leaves look like they're already frosted.
There's actual sunshine out there today! And warmth! I've sprinted out with my washing, so no doubt it will start chucking it down any minute. I don't mind all this rain, but it would be nice to have a few more days of uninterrupted sunshine before September really sets in.
