You seem to have the best deal to me: you get to enjoy looking at someone else's beautiful garden without all the hassle.


he hates mowing, so he keeps decreasing the amount of grass by increasing flowers, shrubs, etc., that take much more time and effort to maintain than grass.

Ha! - in the way I hate emptying the dishwasher, and will do the washing up instead.
