Oh, man!

I was there about four years ago, to do my Klingon interviews, and I had a blast! It's just so much of a trek from Bloomington, and too expensive. (Alas!)


I still think you should do GenCon. (;

It seems quite fan-orientated, like Redemption, my favourite convention. So I'm planning to have fun!

That's what I really loved about it - how fan-oriented it was. And the diversity of programming was just amazing! I mean, they had panels, educational sessions (they had a huge booth from the Goddard Space Center when I was there), and of course, all the crazy random stuff. (Like... the Tribble Room - a conference room that was cleared of furniture and filled with stuffed Tribbles, for people to have Tribble dodgeball and Tribble juggling and Tribble snow-angels... (;
