Doctor Who: Bad Wolf

Poor Controller! (Best guest of the season).

Our favourite episode of Season 1. Mr A thinks it is much, much better than the finale. Even though there are no additional sniffles to be had.

Especially good moments include: the Doctor stealing Davina's line at the end and Captain Jack's developing love handles.

I have to agree with Mr A. Bad Wolf was a terrific setup, and Parting of the Ways a less-than-perfect resolution.

I didn't think that the identity of the Bad Wolf had been set up clearly enough, so I didn't believe that Rose could have figured it out. For me, that was a major problem--I should have had an Aha! moment, and instead I had a WTF? one.

I was less than impressed with the Emperor, but Bad Wolf got a gasp of surprise from me.
