On the whole, they weren't brilliant, but The Silver Chair was definitely the best of them. IIRC, it's a long time since I've seen them. Maybe I should see if my tapes still work...
I only have the very vague expression of them being shiny and fabulous and generally wonderful, but this could be related to the fact that I was maybe ten or even younger when those films were aired on Germany TV around Christmas...
I used to underestimate ISTJ's until I worked with my colleague Brian who is sensitive, insightful, flexible, and will work in any capacity to further the aims of the team. Brian used to be a sailor and his comment is 'I learned that any member of the crew, from cabin boy to captain, might end up saving my life one day, so I value them all'
That's right, and a nicer guy you couldn't hope to meet. He's been off two days with migraine though, which is either the hot weather or the strain of being pleasant all the time :-(
Oh, the poor guy -- the summer weather must be dreadful for people with migraines. Some acquaintances of mine have already started complaining, and the heatwave in Britain is much worse than the warmth around here, I think.
You poor thing :-( I hope you can curl up in bed and spoil yourself. And that it isn't too gruesomely hot.
It's a bit grim here, and is set to stay like that for most of the rest of the week (above 30C/87F). Thunderstorms promised for Thursday and much cooler on Friday. Ordered a fan online yesterday that will turn up tomorrow, and just about to brave going outside to take back my library books.
That icon is always worth using. I am using a snowy one to make me feel cooler.
Definitely going to be lots of curling up, and I've just started reading Brown Girl in a Ring by Nalo Hopkinson, so I hope to get that read.
Much sympathy re your horrible weather. It's much better than that here. It's damp and overcast, but the temperature isn't at silly levels. The Beeb is predicting 22 as the max here today.
Hope outside is benevolent to you, apart from the stupid temperature.
Oh no, I'm sorry, K. I saw your previous comment, and wondered what you were doing logged on. Poor you - I hope you feel better soon on both counts. xx
Thank you! One or the other, and I might have staggered in. Both combined means I've been sleeping very badly, and frankly am not capable of coherent work, and I don't want to spread a horrible cold round the rest of the office.
It's not fair. :-( I'm glad that the weather isn't too horrible there, at least. Though I bet it would still be pretty unpleasant in the Fetid Swamp....
I took that test and just slipped over into ISFJ. I don't know if that's skewed by colds, periods and ibuprofen. So I did it again and came out as firmly INFJ.
I did go off and read the INFJ/ISFJ descriptions again, and INFJ, as ever, sounds much more me.

But the descriptions for ISFJ work so well for me that I think it's right. I liked it so much, I bought the domain name.
