There's nobody here but us chickens

Mr A. came home bearing gifts last night: the newly-released DVDs of Nightingales, a sitcom from the early 90s about the surreal exploits of three security guards on their night-shift guarding a high-rise office block (with Robert Lindsay, David Threlfall, and James Ellis). I loved it when it was on, but I was 18 at the time. Still, the unexamined life and whatnot. So I watched the first episode over lunch, and it had me cackling with glee. (It was the episode with the werewolf.) I hope the rest are as much fun.
ETA: not on the same topic, but I wouldn't half like to lay my paws on this!

I liked the Shakespearean villains!

I have no recollection of this at all, but then I didn't watch that much telly in the early nineties.
