Zero Map
You are the 1939 Zero Map! Unauthorised, wild and revolutionary.
You spend most of your lifetime being shunned, forgotten.
But don't despair, some of your radical ideas will finally be accepted. Vive la Republique!

Now there's a truly original idea for a quiz. I got (along with 9% of those taking the quiz): "You are the 1933 Beck Map! A diagram rather than a true map, you distort what you represent. A thing of engineering beauty, many after you will form themselves in your image. Hand me that 3/8th Gripley, would you?" I'm happy with that.

This quiz is bonkers. "You are the 1974 Garbutt Map! Steady, reliable, clear and easy to read. Is there nothing this map won't advertise? Just call 0898 555 ...."

A bas le roi!

Although I personally find it hard to tell the difference between that and any other map of the Underground, but I'm sure there must be subtle revolutionisms…

Probably key differences in the shape of the circles marking the stations, communicating messages about, er, underground meetings...

You are the 2002 TFL Map! Vibrant and new! Nobody seems to mind that you are printed on cheap card with cheap ink! You like stealing ideas from shunned revolutionaries.

The tube maps look so logical, as if they actually listened to the rail engineers when they designed it, and didn't let political grevance mongers loop the tracks about to make up for past injustices. It the Tube had been built in the US today, the map would look like a bowl of spaghetti and labeled in Urdu to avoid seeming Yank-centric.

I wonder what the Tube in Armenelos looke like?

Can't be worse than the New York subway.

The Tube Map is a thing of beauty. I have a poster of it that I want to get framed. One day I'll have a big house with a huge white wall, and I'll paint the tube map on it.

Me too. It's quite another thing as to what I'd do with these ideas from shunned revolutionaries...
