Ah, but I've learned well from all that listening to Chumbawumba: When I get knocked down, I get back up again - they ain't ever gonna keep me down. I've yet to see a book do this.

Oh, it might have been Toby - but it had been tottering for a couple of weeks. Its days were numbered.
