Last night's Hustle was so good it practically made my teeth bleed from sheer joy and envy. Not a single wasted shot, including one like the line up from The Usual Suspects. Oh, and it was about stealing the Crown Jewels. edge_of_ruin, take note.

Last in the season, boo... New season next year, yay!

This icon doesn't quite fit. I need a "God I love television" icon, I think.

Wonderful, wasn't it. I can partly predict what they're going to do, but I never get it *quite* right, so there's all the fun of trying to guess what's going on *plus* the cool shots and all the little musical jokes and...everything really. And that's not even mentioning Adrian Lester!

I do too. It's probably a good thing I don't do animation otherwise I'd make one with shots from all my favourite TV shows, which would last about 10 minutes and blow up LJ!

I never get the reveal, despite sterling attempts throughout. I'd forgotten about the Mission Impossible bit until you mentioned the musical jokes! There's more entertainment in 5 minutes of Hustle than there is in entire series of other shows.

I love Hustle, in a rather apologetic 'yes, I know it's terribly shallow, but I'm very amused' way.

Incidentally, do you want to come to a party in Ipswich Arse-End of Britain next week (as I mentioned in my LJ, which nobody ever sees because I never update it. Himself is climbing up another mountain and I am taking care of the Furry Lap Gods)? It may be a very small party, because I told people well in advance and then forgot.
