Yes, toward the end, although they have very exciting steel snappy-jaws at the bottom.

Cool, now I've got an excuse to watch it again. And that definitely counts as a "Tenuous-influence-on-other-shows-because-B7-is-source-for-all-other-television-SF".

I could be enhancing my memories here, but I think they even duplicated the "pretend it isn't the same set by changing the lights" bit with the ladders just before the monkey bars.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of B7 with the GQ monkey bars.

Though I'm particularly fond of the Avon-has-no-brakes scene where he comes to a full stop after the sprint by throwing himself in the arms of his companions. So butch.

Monkey bars... That sounds worse than even singles bars, salad bars, or fern bars. The images are simply mind boggling.

No, it's OK...it's like Starbuck's, where they're all sitting there with their little laptops trying to type Hamlet. Except, with booze instead of coffee.

I never understood the fixation with getting one of the monkeys to type Shakespeare. "Eureka, look! Look at what this one's been typing!!! Oh. No. It's no good. It's Marlowe."

Christ, imagine if they came up with the short version of "Dr Faustus". Monkeys can have such questionable artistic judgement at the best of times.

You'd be pretty stuffed trying to come up with a new season for the Royal Marlowe Company each year.

"... It's Marlowe."

That would never happen - the kittens would ever allow it.

They're better than milky bars.
