Well, p. 23 doesn't have a fifth sentence because it has a big diagram on it. So here's the fifth sentence from p. 24.

The relative proportions suggest that the ring structures bear less of a load than either the cores or pylons, an assumption that seems to be borne out by all analytical scanning done to date.
