I'm not sure I'd mark The Awakening so high or Resurrection of the Daleks and Frontios so low; though Resurrection, certainly, could have benefited from someone willing to talk through Eric Saward's issues with him, as the regulars suffer from his fatalism to no good dramatic effect.
