Yes, so, I just picked up the Radio Times, and I got quite excited.

[Poll #1545047]

I see that the Sci-Fi Channel is running "Logopolis" opposite "The Eleventh Hour". Punchy.

How about "I'm slightly hopeful that this won't be as stupid as Rusty's tenure and that Smith won't gurn as much as Tennant"?

B): I am excited, but not as excited as First Small Person, who is about to get his very own Doctor and be allowed to watch on a regular basis (Nine and Ten were definitely considered Grown Up Entertainment in our household, but the Boy is growing up...)

I can't get excited about something that's happening on Saturday when there's something on Friday first: Ashes to Ashes! And a day off.

Is there a viewing event at Eastercon? If not, can we watch ensemble?

[x] I'm not allowed to get excited about it yet until it comes out on DVD and I can get it from Lovefilm.

I'm vaguely interested and may get around to watching it?

Call me cautiously optimistic and slightly excited. I may organize a small viewing party (i.e. 2-4 people) on Monday night, though, when my friends are back from their Easter weekend with the family.

Have fun at Easter*Con, by the way!

I am so excited I am likely to drop my bag of crisps and burst into tears.

E: Too far behind to be really excited on my own behalf, but still excited that you are excited :D

It is somewhat of a relief that Looby Loo is out of the country for the next couple of days--I was beginning to worry about the solidity of the house's foundations each time she quivered with anticipation at one of the trailers.

Incidentally, she seems to believe that such excitement is not allowed in grown-ups: she was genuinely surprised when I confessed to just how worried and excited I was before the last episode of Being Human.

I am excited, of course, but somehow it doesn't feel real. There was so much hoopla, and I was so excited, about "The End of Time" that, even though I obviously knew series five was coming, New Year's Day felt like a proper series finale. I keep thinking, "There's more Doctor Who coming soon, already? Surely not."
