Can you buy Nurofen over there? They do an over the counter migraine tablet and also tension headache ones, both of which work well. Up till now, only Imigram did anything for me, but it does have a disconcerting side effect (heavy-feeling arms and tight throat) so I use Nurofen if it's just starting or isn't that bad.
