I used to have hardly any problems with jetlag; I'd just stay awake to the correct time, sleep, and then the next day I'd have no problems. This time I was waking up at 4 or 5am every day, and coming back to Australia was even worse, because I'd gotten a horrible cold from someone I saw on my last day, and that exhausted me even more; desperate for sleep, yet I kept on waking up. (shudder)
