Icon frequency

So what I would like is a tool which shows you the frequency of use of your icons. And lets you click through so you can see the post and the context in which you used a particular icon. (I was just thinking of it because I seem to have using the "reality has absolutely no place in our world" icon an awful lot recently, and I haven't even posted to ask people's best guesses for when Blair is going.)
