Why is England so far away and expensive to get to? *sigh*
One day you'll get to come and do the Grand Tour.
The family tree was something else. It showed linear descent for Eldarion for all his mortal and immortal ancestors; but the descent for Melian was done by a small wheel at the top, showing its 'angelic' nature.
The bottom of the tree had the Chieftains of the Dunedain, the Princes of Dol Amroth, the Stewards, and the Kings of the Mark lined up alongside each other, and really brought home the longevity of the Northern Dunedain in comparison. I am hugely tempted to do something like this myself one day, but I think I'd be MAD.
