From oursin: Ask me for "top five" lists of pretty much anything, and I will list you my top five of that thing or things. (Assuming that I have a top five, or even any five, of the thing in question.)
It was so difficult to choose, I've been very lucky in where I've been able to travel (tho' I would love to do more). Relatives with itchy feet help: that trip to Madrid was to see my sister, and my brother emigrated to NZ (I've been out to NZ twice, on that holiday I toured the North Island, second time round the South Island).
Kinda was good, but I prefer the follow up (Snakedance). And Caves of Androzani, yes, definitely, if only for the last two minutes. Best regeneration ever.
I think Enlightenment and Genesis of the Daleks would be in my own Top 5. Probably Earthshock too (and not just for killing off Adric!).
I haven't watched the whole of 'Snakedance' in ages (I caught some bits a couple of weeks ago and it did look very good). 'Androzani' has not just the best regeneration, but two of the best cliffhangers in the show (the Doctor and Peri being executed, the Doctor pointing the spaceship at the planet: "I'm not going to let you stop me now!").
Honorable mentions for 'Pyramids of Mars', 'The Curse of Fenric', 'Ghost Light' and 'Bad Wolf'.
