altarielThis week I have some particular things to look forward to: on Thursday night I finally get to see Suzanne Vega in concert; one of my favourite singer-songwriters. Straight afterwards we hop onto a train to spend the night in London, so that we can get to Waterloo very early on Friday morning to catch the train to Paris.
The past few weeks I have been reading essays by and about Simone Weil. Are there any places in Paris connected to her that people are aware of that I could visit? (She is buried in Ashford; what a pity Redemption isn't there any more.)
