I've bookmarked this to read it later, since I've just gotten back from the pub for my own Bloomsday outing. :) (And I haven't felt the world spin like it did on the subway in years.)
Just thought it would be fun to tell you - that was an amazing story, all the more so since I have been reading Ulysses this weekend for the first time since I abandoned it as an undergrad.
Plus, I looked up Kalypso on LJ and discovered that not only does she come from Didsbury like me, but that she was almost certainly one of the people who came and looked at our garden yesterday for the annual local charity Open Gardens event.
