Chris Boucher's German Requiem

Thank you to [livejournal.com profile] ms_manna for a thoroughly relaxed, enormously fun weekend of Who and giggles. I have a wonderful glow around me this morning and it's not from Ready Brek.

The subject line? It's the name of a band of course. A death-skiffle band. Obviously.

Is it really the name of a band?

Only in our imagination. It should be, though.

There are enough musicians in CWIL that we could rectify that if we wanted to ;)

OMG and also on the train on the way back? There was a tiny child sat behind us going Mummay... Mummay... in the voice of the Empty Child. SRSLY.

(So far I have refrained from writing LOL on any of my essays. Go me.)

(I may, however, have forwarded a particularly insane reply-all email circulated to the English Department to a colleague, with the new subject line OMGWTF!!!)

Argh! A case for KTHXBAI if ever there was!

I just found a Lion King song vid to "Let me borrow that top"... It was strangely compelling.
