You're Teh Amazing! *admires* I wrote some 30,000 words in October and early November - is that a lot or very little? Of course, I did it in a completely unorganized way, just because my muses went crazy...
In fact, I'm hoping to get a short done this month, which I should have finished by the end of October, only that wretched cold laid me up for the days I'd had planned for it. Mr A. is away for a few days soon, so I'll see whether I can zip ahead with it then.
I'm on target to finish by the 30th, but Mr A. is away for a few days soon so I might slip ahead then. My days are very regimented at the moment with teaching, so I'm fitting writing in between that. I thought I'd be too busy, but because I'm so timetabled right now, it seems to be working out.
I'm probably a bit short on plot (and heavy on backstory - always my problem), but the plan is to do this as a first draft, leave it in a drawer until the spring, and then see whether there's scope for more story.
