There are a bunch of IP address tracking programmes online, if you search on Google, but this one is a start (although it seems to be giving fairly hit and miss results to people - I've used one in the past that gave several suggestions for place, but can't find it now).

I for one am now picturing a space station looking something like a golf ball and appearing in phases, like the moon, so that the shadings in its dimples can be read by altarielomancers. The fact that there are six American towns named after this phenomenon is not, then, at all surprising.

Though they have trouble pronouncing it, Altariel is the nickname the Japanese have given to a new form of sushi, all the rage in Kyoto, that is (of course) a ball of white rice with strips of altariel tartare inside...

Have you picked the option to log IP addresses? The FAQ on that is here. I think where it shows on screen might be dependent on the layout you're using, but it's usually near the bottom of a comment, above where it says 'Reply'. IP addresses don't show on the email notifications you get - you'll need to look online.
