Oh the uncleverness of me!
After a post like that I really don't think so. Wonderful points throughout.
Martha is grown-up, but without making the mistake of putting away childhood things such as fantasy and story.
Yes exactly, the Doctor will still be there for her whenever she needs him, rather like he's still there for all of us who grew up with him.
