Who is the Deadwood fairy?

The DVDs of season 1 of Deadwood dropped through my letterbox this morning, but there are no details anywhere on the packaging of who sent it to me.

Best of all, I just finished working through both Flambards and A Horseman Riding By, and I need a new programme to exercise to.
