Torchwood improves markedly as the season progresses: I'm glad I stuck with it now. Hope SJA arrives eventually.

Ah, but I'm horribly and hopelessly allergic to Jack. The rest of it needs to be brilliant to tempt me in, and I've not been hearing that this is so, sadly. I'd need Sarah Jane & co as an antidote...
