One Good Turn

The only bad thing about having read One Good Turn by Kate Atkinson between getting my paws on it at five o'clock last night and finishing it up over the second cup of coffee at ten o'clock this morning is that: a). I'm knackered and b). now I have to find something else to read over the weekend. And where in this house will I find a book...?

Well, I loved it, but I'd read Case Histories by the same author *(Kate Atkinson) first, which is a murder mystery, and introduces the character of Jackson Brodie, her ex-army, ex-police private eye.

Case Histories was one of my favourite books of last year.

I concur! I've only just read it (on the plane over here, in fact), and I'm reading it again, immediately.

And I'll probably reread it when you get back.
