Pub Crawl: that would be a... fascinating evening. Garak is one of them. But who is Jonathan Higgins?

Higgens is Tom Magnum's straight man in Magnum PI. If you never watched it, Tom is an Ex Military Intelligence guy turned Private Investigator in Hawaii. He lives on the estate of trashy romance novelest and zillionare Robyn Masters. Higgens is the Brit Butler, and Magnum's keeper. (In the end, we learn that Higgins is Robyn Masters, and the butler act is a disguise allowing him to lead a normal life, plus he is embarrassed at the trash he writes, but enjoys the upgrade in lifestyle.) Higgens is ex career Royal Army.

My favorite Q moment... When he decided Picard needed a bit more style, and outfitted him with a serape, sombrero, and cigar, and brought a band for mood music as well.
